If you would like to have a candle near the bed, you should make sure that your sheets do not catch fire.

Avoid Sleeping on Your Stomach

When you sleep on your stomach, you are opening yourself up to a few different types of pain. Front sleepers have reported herniated disks, neck problems, and misaligned spines and necks. If you have to sleep on your stomach, do not use a pillow, or use a very thin one.
